Whenever I hear Whitney Houston’s name mentioned, a visual of how she appeared in this video pops into my mind.

She was equally as talented as she was beautiful. As I child, this video + song made me SO happy.

Over the years, she may have made some less than wise choices, but which one of us hasn’t?

She was human. She was someone’s mother. Someone’s child. The love of someone’s life.

A person, much like you and I. 

We each have our own path to walk. Struggles, failures and triumphs included.

Remember that.
